Bank's suck, avoid them. The phone service lackeys are typically morons. They frequently direct you to a physical branch, at which point you are told what you wish to do can't be done there. The usual argument ensues, consisting of several points related to the fact that it is

I want. A quick "converstaion" with the Manager reveals that yes, I can spend my own money, imagine that!!
I'm over it. Move all your money to a reputable credit union, you won't regret it.
