I guess the fryer wasn't turned up enough or something like that.. When the guy in our group told the cook, he was like, "Oh... Sorry." and pretty much walked off without saying anything regarding, "Would you like another plate? Should I take that plate and remove it from the bill or...?" Nothing. Blows the mind.
